It looks like he's kind of scissor-beaked though but it's possible that this is just the camera angle (meaning that the top and bottom of the beak sit side by side instead of the top sitting flush against the bottom). Scissor beak requires ongoing correction with a dremel because there's no way the bird can keep his beak ground down properly in this position. In some cases the beak can eventually be "trained" to sit in the right position.
Yeah the crack is near his head his nose holes are gone because they are cracked too his beak does look like an odd shape I think its because his previous owner didnt take him to the vet when it happened and left it to heal on its own and now because of that the vet cant join it back.
