You probably can't, but I was told by a horticulturalist that pesticides don't last forever in a living plant and will be gone within a year. That's why you have to keep re-applying pesticides to keep the effect going.
Younger trees tend to transplant better than bigger ones anyway, so if you plant a somewhat smaller tree and wait for a year it'll be OK. To be doubly safe you could only use branches that grew after you planted it, because you'll know that it hasn't been sprayed in the time period when those branches grew.

I liked the idea of stretch rods that they use in the windows to hang toys. Unfortunately, my windows won't allow to use them
