Nah, that's not the one I mod at. The one I mod at isn't actually about birds. It's basically just a bunch of nerdy stuff. :P

I don't think it's a good idea to try and fight through Carolyn. Plus it's not like she said anything bad. She just made a guess that Carolyn knows you (and she was spot on). You can tell her all that once you're un-banned. It's only for a week, right? You might end up being banned for longer if you try to say anything to her through Carolyn, and Carolyn might get in trouble too. And, if she looks on this forum, I could get in trouble.

She only knew that I know Carolyn because I told her.And im not trying to start a fight just saying whats true. And why would you get in trouble if she looked here and what can she do anyway nothing.

It's Paj of course, she's the one using an exceptional number of words to not answer the question. I haven't been back to the soy thread since I posted there and don't plan to return to it. It's tedious enough talking to her on just one thread. I'm going to call it off if there's one more post where she doesn't say something meaningful. If they won't say anything that justifies their own claims then I have to conclude that the claims are baseless, and yes that is what I will say although not necessarily in those words.

Regarding dehydration, the only preservation method that preserves more of the nutrients is flash freezing. You need an expensive commercial freezer to do that, so dehydration is the best method for people preserving food at home.

I freely admit it when I'm wrong about something, and in fact I already did it on the thread. Lots of people can see when you've failed, and not admitting it just makes you look worse.

Yeah, she is avoiding you. At least she isn't banning you like someone did last time. I don't think you should waste you time on that forum. They aren't admitting to their mistake so it's pointless. Paj isn't even a mod on that forum. She is just a member. I think Wolf banned you, Brandon.

Did she say something online about me knowing Brandon? Because if so I must have missed it. It wasn't hard to figure out anyway, because shortly after he said seeds weren't high protein I showed up and started throwing around evidence that he was right. I said at the beginning that somebody had directed me to the thread. I didn't say who it was but there was a shortage of other people who were likely to have done it.

In any case I'm not going to talk to her about him. My discussion with them is on the quality of the nutrition advice they're handing out, not how they get along with other group members or anything else. Once the current conversation has ended I don't plan to pay any more attention to that group because I don't like the atmosphere.

B, I think I was mistaken about this being the group that banned me, because I recently came across another one with a similar name that looks more like it. But you're right about it being a waste of time.

Yeah she said that I was talking about cockatiels with 70% protein that thing and that I probably told you and directed you there.

Here is the direct quote

and, apparently, Brandon must have read a posting of yours stating so, repeated the info here and, when I knocked it down, told you that there was somebody here that did not agree with you so you came to see why -which I celebrate because I love people who go to scientific studies to learn instead of just reading what somebody posted.

Carolyn, you're such a sweet person. I love your personality. You're so down to earth which I love. The only reason why I say it's a waste of your time is because you are supplying them with evidence but they aren't accepting it. You're doing all this work (which isn't easy and for FREE) and they can't even say thank you or that they were mistaken.

Could have sworn she was a mod... But when I look at the user groups, she's not on any of them. I wonder if she removed herself from being a mod, or something.

But oh well. It might be a waste of time at this point, as Baruch said.

Funny enough, the owner of said forum, Micheal, writes a lot of books on training, diet and all that, and the things she says even contradicts those books. Really makes you wonder, huh? :P

Whatever floats her boat. No use reasoning to someone who won't listen.
