My zebra finches have had yet another clutch with 2 babies... such ugly but cute babies ^_^ with bits of feathers here and there.

my camera's not very good i'll see what i can do. i think there might be more then 2 after all or maybe those 2 are incredibly big already lol

Cute babies, although hanging out of the nest like that looks dangerous. It might be a good idea to move the baby away from the edge before he manages to fall out of the nest completely.

I changed the nest a bit, didnt want my human smell on him xD

Birds don't care about human smell so it's OK to handle the babies if you need to. Wash your hands first to minimize the bacteria that they pick up from you.

The baby died... =( he was prob ill, that's why the parents didnt seem to bother much with him. Oh well... at least the other one looks healthy.
