The specks are finally doing their spring molt. I'm very excited the Poppy is going to get his big boy feathers soon.

Will they look different?

Poppy's facial mask is coming in more yellow. And Beck had the tip of his tail stained from food, so I want him to molt that out as well.

My frosty is also molting.....

that's interesting. i would like some photos of poptart once he finishes.
always a joy when those dirty feathers are leaving. Moon had this weird green coloring all over his beak area. lucky me, he was moltiong that time.

I have had more feathers than usual on my floor last few days. I think they are from the budgies, so I guess they are molting too.
