Hello everyone I am a proud owner of a beautiful budgie called karl (when we brought we we was told it was a boy just found out its a girl that's why it's a boy name haha)

I know haha but where I've named her karl for so long I don't want to change it and confuse her so I think I'll keep it as karl :P this is my 1st budgie and I'm so surprise how much I love her company and how smart she is!

There are LOTS of birds out there with wrong-sex names. I heard of someone on another board who originally thought their cockatiel was male, and still uses "he" and "him" to talk about the bird even when they are reporting that "he" just laid another egg.
