They most certainly do! They consider you to be a member of their flock. Some birds will even go so far as to pick one person to be their 'mate'.

wow that is strange...

We've been letting sunshine fly around in the computer room recently, and he's had a few crash landings. he flew into the windo :doh: and the book shelf a few times, but he is gaining his flying abilaites back, because his wings have grown back

Be REALLY CAREFUL about the windows. Birds don't understand about glass, and although they can learn that there's an invisible barrier there, they may forget when they're spooked. My beloved Geezer was killed flying into a window last year, and he wasn't even frightened at the time.

yeah do be careful, my birds flew into the sliding glass door a few times and never did it again
