FEMALE!!

First I want to say how far we got in taming. I made her step up and I thought that I should see how she likes hanging out on shoulders. I put the millet on my shoulder and she flew there. I thought after removing the millet she would fly away but nope. She stayed and preened for 5 minutes. It was so cool. After I put her back on the perch she was making funny noises. At first. I was like "she's learning to sing!!!" Cool. I have a male. But it did not sound like normal singing. I pay more attention and she was crouching down!! She was doing the hen mating position then this Griffin came and tried to cheat on Cloudia but Mia did not let that happen. She did this twice today. I didn't even have her for a week. She will do great in this house. LOL

Good to know Maya is a Maya. And she's friendly to you and a flirt to the cocks. Looks like you got just what you wanted in a tiel.

Maybe she doesn't want Griffin because she's holding out for Rio, Tommy, or Levi lol.
