What mutations does Poptart have? Here's my guess:
Yellowface type 2, sky with single factor violet, dom pied, opaline and... grey wing? Dilute? What's making his "black" markings so light?
He is so beautiful. I loooooove how all the varying mutations work together to make such unique and beautiful looking little birds.

I dunno, I still can't tell! I'm better at figuring out mutations using parents as examples with cockatiels but their list of mutations is so tiny compared to budgies. All I can do is look at a budgie and just guess at the mutation based on what I see and what I learned when I was looking up the mutations of my little flock.

Budgies are definitely a lot harder than cockatiels. Every now and then I try to figure out what mutations a particular budgie has, but I'm not super confident about the answer that I come up with.

The ones I'm pretty sure on is yellowface type 2, opaline and sorta sure on dom pied. The rest though.. I think sky blue with a single violet factor making him appear sorta cobalt but maybe it's just the lighting and he's a cobalt. He also has some kind of mutation that dilutes, so that could also make the cobalt appear more sky with violet to me.
Well whatever he is, he is absolutely gorgeous. I really love yellow faces type one and two and all the blue and violet factors.
