Coyote still doesn't bathe and hates the shower. I really need him to be better about bathing, I can't deal with all the dander. Is there a way to entice him into bathing himself or to like going under running water or something?

The way I bathe a reluctant tiel is to put them in a small cage and mist them with a spray bottle. They glare their hatred at me lol, but after they've had two or three baths this way they start to enjoy it.

I spray from little spray bottle ( bought in travel section in Target) and they all LOVE it. Actually they compete for the closest to me spots. I also provide glass baking dish with water and some take bath there. good to see you again Cloudy!

I also bathe them with a spray bottle. I use warm water, and spray from above them, not into their face. They will get to love it.

When Emma sees me coming into the room with the spray bottle, she comes right to the top edge of the cage and eagerly awaits her spritz. She enjoys it so much it's hard to get myself to stop. I swear, she has orgasms while being spritzed. She even likes being spritzed right in the face.
Silver didn't enjoy it much for a long time. Lately, though, he has started opening his wings while I spray him.
The budgies don't care for spritzing, but I do it anyway. I spritz up toward the ceiling, and the mist comes down like a gentle rain.

Poor horny Emma. It seems like anything gets that girl turned on.

I was actually thinking about trying that today. I am just worried that he'll flip out and I won't be able to get him back to his cage easily because I'll be all... shower-y.
