You guys have to see what my conure does in his free time. When he naps in his snuggle sack, he makes the CUTEST chirps you can ever imagine in your life! He is SUPER playful! He loves flipping upside down while hanging from your finger with one food. He then gets super fluffy and demands wing scratches. He makes the cutest chirps while doing this as well. He then likes to go from hanging upside down to laying on his back immediately after hanging. He goes to your other hand with his other foot then slowly lets go of the hanging foot and lies down. He then likes to wrestle with your finger and he gives you play bites.


Do I recommend a sun conure? Heck yeah! They are super adorable and you only need one to experience the joy they give you. I will try to get a video is that but it's going to be hard. In the meantime, you get this video of him eating kale that I took today.

Rio is adorable, and such beautiful colors. I am glad you are feeling the love with him . Can't wait to see more videos!

I cant get one here, to go on vertical bars of the cage...

Nice!! Kinda makes me wish the wife would allow a bird in the house... But she has enough cleaning to do with all the dog hair (or so she says)

I got it online from Amazon. It can go on vertical and horizontal cage bars. It also helps with the mess that the birds might make with it.

I don't really like that one though. The bird only picked on the plastic and ignored the cuttle bone until I replaced it with the one in the previous link. He now eats his cuttle bone.

I use these now... I adapt for the vertical bars as it doesnt hold it flat.... the other, I found rather dangerous for smaller birds, one of mine got stuck, lucky I was there to get him out....it went in the bin.... thanks anyway...
