So we all know a tame bird can become untame.Well I think thats what is happening to Loki and I don't want to lose her.Sometimes I tell her to step up and she dosent and if she does she flies back to wherever she was and sometimes if my hand comes near her after trying to get her to step up she will just keep flying away from me and even sometimes she makes Rocko react the same way because if she flys Rocko will want to follow. And if I need to get her in the cage I have to make her step up and put my hand over her so she cant fly. What do I do? We all know Loki isn't bonded to anyone she is my little sisters bird she got Loki for her birthday and she was excited about it but wasn't really interested when she came home and she was kinda ignored by her from day one.My sister does bring her outside sometimes when I bring Rocko out and its mostly because I tell her and now some days my sister never even sees Loki so Loki is basically glued to Rocko.I call Loki mine now because im the one who cares for her and looks after her. There are no trust issues with me and Loki she is 100% friendly never bites and you can touch and hold her anywhere.I just want her behaviour to change.

Try a little food bribery. Have a nice treat in your hand (like millet spray) when you want her to step up, and make sure that the only time she gets this treat is when you're holding it in your hand. The idea is to break this undesirable new habit and re-establish the old habit of stepping up willingly and going with you, so keep this up for a while. Sometimes ask her to step up without the treat too, so you can see whether her habits have changed or not.

If she'll step up for you when you have the treat but flies away when you try to go somewhere, then don't try to go very far at first - just a step or two. You can gradually extend this until she's back in the habit of sitting on your hand while you go somewhere.

Is it possible that her horomones are acting up? Females can get especially crabby when they're broody. Do you have a strict solar schedule for her, Rocko and Mango?

She is acting normal she displays her tail feathers and hangs upside down and plays with her toys. She has been acting like this a while im just posting about it now because its becoming a problem. And Rocko is just as vocal as always he has become a lot more vocal and I am very certain now he is male and its 100% Loki is female she behaves exactly as females do lol I have noticed they are a little funny and clowny the females they like to have fun and get into mischief.

When you have a bonded pair it often works best to just take both of them at the same time. Staying together is often the number one priority for at least one of them, and they'd rather be with the mate than with you. With several of my males, the best way to make them go somewhere is to put their favorite hen there first. But some of my birds don't care as much and will usually go with me whether I take the other one or not.

Yeah Loki is bonded to him alright. What exactly would a hormonal hen act like and if she was hormonal would that mean shes reached sexual maturity?

sometimes, hormones can be activated before sexual maturity, if exposed to the kinds of things that may trigger hormones.

I saw the video you posted of her having a mist bath on the Facebook group, and judging by her right(?) wing, it looks like she may be molting, since there are some feathers missing. That alone is something that can make a bird cranky, so she might turn to normal after she finishes her molt.

Rocko and Loki are both moulting at the moment she isn't cranky just her usual self only flying away she is ok today I just put lentils and sprouts in their bowl and they were both on Mango's cage and I stepped Loki up and she didn't fly back to Rocko and I put her in her cage and said good girl.I just checked her feathers she still has 2 clipped feathers on one wing and one clipped feather on the other.
