There's a few, but I think I know which one she's in. One of our neighbor's have two large pine trees, and that was one of the first things she flew to. Our neighbor tried getting a latter and retrieving Lucy herself, but that caused her to fly further away. From the sound of it, I think she returned back to that tree.
I put out a big thing of food for her, so maybe she'll go down and eat some. I might put it in a place where it's not out in the open, so she would feel safe to come towards it.
Hawks are definitely a concern, because she flies slower than wild birds due to being clipped. A hawk could easily pick her out of the sky.

Maybe your neighbor will catch her

Is it possible you can climb the ladder? Bring some seeds in a baggie and YOU entice her with food? Because you said she likes you, but isn't fond of others.

Lucy's not good with strangers. If anything, getting the neighbor to try and catch her would more likely make her fly off again.
I might end up asking my neighbor, that if she is in a reachable height, that she calls me. That would seem to be the best decision. I'm not good with ladders, but I'd do it for her.

As long as you have somebody holding the ladder, you've got nothing to worry about. I've been thinking about you all day.

I don't know if she's still in the tree or not. I didn't hear her scream in the evening. I put food and water out there. Also filled up the bird feeder, so if she sees the wild birds eating, maybe she would join them.
The only problem with that would probably if I were to go out there and retrieve her, the wild birds would fly away, and she would most likely fly as well, considering how flock mentality works.
I just hope she doesn't decide to fly further away.

I don't think Lucy is in the neighborhood anymore. I haven't heard her all day.
