Mango stepped up on my hand a few times after he did it the first time I praised him very good saying good boy Mango and he got so happy.Then he did it a few times so im gonna work on that now.He stepped on my flat hand so I need to get him used to perching normally.I am so proud of my baby boy.

He now is stepping up on my hand but still a bit weary of it.All that in one day wow how I didn't even try I just asked him and he did it.

Update: I discovered its my finger he is less scared of and im actually able to push against his chest without him flying off and he stepped up yay.He used to fly off before I even got near him and now I can touch his chest lol.Some improvement all in one day.Im giving him a little break and then ill continue.

Yay, he's finally figured it out!! Birds have different moods so it's possible that he might be more skittish next time you try it. But it should be a lot easier from now on.

I sure hope so
