Yah and since caiques are so hyper they can get it easily cought on things.
Plus i saw him tug on it fewvtimes. Only cost 20$ to remove.

I didn't know they did that to birds though...

For a while they didn't have microchips that could be used on small birds so they could only do it on the larger birds. But now they have chips so small that you can do it to a budgie. I'm not sure whether they have anything that's small enough for the smaller finches.
