well my cat Simon is almost 12yts old. he is pretty good health at the moment for his age. well except for his teeth, he went to the vet last week and got both his upper k9's removed. and the rest of this teeth cleaned. he is now taking a medication for dental infection. which he is almost done with. is doing good, eating fine.

That's good to hear. Although it seems like a cat ought to have feline teeth instead of canine teeth!

i don't think they really call them anything different. tho i wouldn't know.
