Besides. I think Lucy likes it when I whistle. And if she enjoys it, then that's good enough for me, too. :)

Some tiel hens can learn to whistle and sing as well as males, but they're the exception not the rule. I used to have a tiel hen who could wolf whistle. Once every few months Mims will sing a multi-note song, but she sounds squawky not pure and whistling like a male.
