I've seen some cockatiels get a little pushy when it comes to scritches, but this one definitely puts them to shame. He sounds like an unweaned chick asking for food. Then he proceeds to just push his head into the person's hand. This is probably a result of just doing what the bird wants all the time, as the bird now doesn't take no for an answer.

I've always known cockatiels to be pretty funny with scritches though.

Thats the exact noise Rocko makes when he wants scratches only he dosent go crazy lol.CrazyConure saw my birds on Facetime and he heard Rocko when I was giving him scratches and he said is that him making that noise lol.
