Your canaries must be very happy to live in such a nice big aviary!

Thank you. Well There are 9 in there now. I'll be adding the offspring as soon as they are weaned and after the 2nd round of breeding/weaning I'll be selecting the Canaries I want to sell. They go into breeding cages (80 cm x 50cm x 40cm).
Provided the cockatiels are all weaned too, the door to this cage (where I attached the camera) goed open and they are all free to fly and go where they want to.

After opening the doors I do keep the feeding places as they are. I've heard people say it would be better to mix all the seeds and then put the mix in different places in the aviary. I have not done this yet and keep putting the canary seeds in the bowl that is shown on camera, and the cockatiel mix goes in the larger flight of the aviary. I haven't had any problems yet so I don't see a reason to change my feeding habits.

What a coincidence! I started looking for safe, free video editing software today. Microsoft has a free video editing program for Windows at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/wind ... r-download

The reviews are mediocre but I'm going to try it. Downloading it from the Microsoft website makes me feel confident that it's safe (no viruses or adware). It sounds like the menu is similar to the Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc) and I'm already familiar with those. Apparently it only has basic functions but I wouldn't know what to do with advanced functions anyway. If I don't like it I can always try something else.

Thx, I'll have a look, maybe later this week. It's kind of busy around here :-)

No problem.

I do a lot of miniature painting and when I'm all out of painting video's to watch/listen to while doing some painting myself I put up these in the background :bigsmile100:
