Ozzi is not my bird, but he died in the most horrible way possible. Ozzi was in his front yard, sitting in the sun, when 2 teenagers kidnapped him, tortured him and eventually stamped him to death.

This link shows how he was found, and is upsetting and graphic.

Whoever did this needs to ROT in fiery YOU KNOW WHERE.
Seriously, if this was my bird, the first thing I would do is tear after those teenagers and rip their guts out.

I'm sorry, but forgive and forget will never apply here.

Fly free Ozzi.

I'm sorry, but I don't think I want to see those pictures. Fly free Ozzi.

Yes. Poor boy. It's so sad to see such a beautiful life gone like that. But now he is safe and well again in Heaven.

I agree with what one of the comments say: animal torturing is a red flag. People who lack empathy for other living creatures are destined to channel their violence towards humans, sooner or lather. It always starts like that.
Poor baby Ozzi, to be honest if I was the owner or if I had witnessed this happening I would have taken justice in my own hands.

That's why I live like a hermit, apart from the occasional hi to the neighbour. People scare me.
What would you SAY to someone who has just done something like that? It's a world too far from mine.

This is aweful! Its just horific! The people who think that killing animals is fun are the kind of people that become murderers later. No animal deserves to die, because they can't do anything to deserve it. Even if a dog bites someone, they were just doing it out of instinct, not just to be cruel or heartless.

Three teenagers have been arrested in connection with this case: http://www.edmontonjournal.com/touch/ne ... rel=847766

That's a good start. Hopefully they won't get away with this, and hopefully the consequences will affect them enough that they'll never abuse anything or anyone again.
