How come that he is named Harvey? What is the story behind it? (sorry we have TV, its in the basement, husband watches golf only)

I was wondering how wild birds do in the event like Harvey... Never asked as I would be immediately sheeesh'ed by people saying "How dare you? People are dying and you ask about wild birds? ". and they are right. But I still wonder

They named the bird after the hurricane. I don't know whether anyone has actually checked to see whether the bird is male or female lol.
