I saw the Hateful 8. It was good, but slower and not as wonderfully weird as the other Tarantino movies that I've seen. There was a LOT of talking, and it took a long time for interesting things to start happening. I liked Pulp Fiction and Inglourious Basterds a lot better. In the second one, World War II ended in a way that I didn't expect lol.
I saw the trailer for Dead Pool. It looked like it would be fun, but not enough fun to actually go see the movie.

Maybe I've missed something, but it looks like the only service where you can legally watch movies that are still in the theaters is Prima Cinema, which costs $35,000 for the equipment and $500 to rent a movie. That's out of my price range lol. It looks like bootlegging and piracy is involved in everything else except for actually going to the theater to watch the movie. Movies with great visual effects are better on the big screen anyway. The theaters around here have "discount Tuesday" every week where the tickets are approximately half price all day long, and I like to go to that.
Once a movie is released on DVD there are lots of legal ways to see it. I get a lot of movies and TV series for free through my cable TV service, and I can rent most other movies for about $3 through the cable which isn't a bad price. If I go down the street to the grocery store I can rent recent movies from the Redbox vending machine for $1.50. I can also get a lot of free movies through my Amazon Prime service, but I don't want to watch movies on a computer screen so I haven't used it. There might be a way to make it run through my computer or phone onto the TV screen but I haven't bothered to find out how to do it.

I have a big TV anyway so it saves money going to the cinema, I wouldn't say everything is illegal because some websites you can watch cinema movies sometimes before the movie is even out you can watch it.
