i like the plexiglass better, its more durable, wont rust/be bad metal risks, and it will last a lot longer and will totally eliminate the chances. never know with my luck

its only one side and not up all the time, only when the tiels and other birds are out. other than that it is not going to stay on the cage, just when the others are out. i am not taking anymore chances with bitten toes, im tired of seeing them all in pain, so i will not chance it, the safest most effective option will be plexiglass.

Maybe Munch has finally met her match! Plexiglass should be pretty hard to defeat so hopefully you won't have any more problems.

we will be picking up the plexiglass once the money transfers over, we still do not have it yet, but its the only foolproof way that i trust... freak things happen with us, and i can see toes getting bit still through the wire mesh... we have bad luck lol
