Horses have always been a secret love of mine, and I would have one if we had the money, so instead, I'll settle for the next best thing: Breyer's. I always liked these models, and I am very picky about who I select. I only have 2 others, but that's not that they didn't have any good ones, I'm just super selective. Sara M is just a beautiful model I think. Just right for me.

I didn't have a whole lot of them but they were majorly important to me. I've gone off the whole horse thing now but my sister is still crazy for them, and had one until her back got too bad for her to ride any more.

It seems like most girls are into horses. My sister is 14 years old now. A few years ago, she wanted a horse so bad. Her room would be filled with pictures of horses. She isn't as excited for them now because she knows there is no chance my parents will ever get her one.

I read a fantasy book once where the main male character kept wondering what it was with girls and horses, because the female character was drawn to every horse or pony she saw. Then they met up with some centaurs. Time for some serious jealousy lol.

I don't know why, horses are just enchanting to me. Too bad they are so much much time and money. We are planning to move to Idaho in a few years, and daddy really wants a log cabin with some property, so maybe we can get a horse there. My dream horse is a clydesdale, but they require extra large tack and horseshoes, which can get expensive, so I would settle for a Tennessee walker instead. We can only hope...
