Oh no! How unfortunate. I like cherries. But nothing beats a fresh picked peach. Very yummy.

In a couple of years we'll see what she has to offer when I get there. But I'm still thinking poi or pi. White capped pionus are my favorite, but blue caps are my second. And of course red bellies are my favorite poi.

The pet store near me had a conure this afternoon. I think it was called a Blue Front (?). They want $599.00.

They have four budgies and one cockatiel. Two of the budgies look like females.

Never heard of blue front. I know it's a type of Amazon. Perhaps it's a different term for "blue crown", my favorite conure. Did it have red eyes and was it mostly green?

You are right, Stephanie, it was a Blue Crown. I was having a hard time remembering the name, but as soon as I saw your message I realized that was what it was.

Are they usually so expensive?

About $500. They are very noisy but have excellent talking abilities. I think they are the prettiest parrot in the whole world. I'm just very fond of them. I think they are so expensive is because they talk very well.
