Any member here had a Quaker as a pet? Looking for some knowledge on them please? Or do you know anyone I can chat to about them? Thanks

I had one but for less than a week. I don't recommend them if you have more than one person I your house. They bond VERY easily to one person and will be mean to anyone that's not the person they have bonded to.
I actually really liked my Quaker. She was fun, she liked to climb upside down. She loved peanut butter on a Popsicle stick. She wasn't tame though and they do NOT mix well with cockatiels.

I've heard quakers described as "a mean green biting machine". The one I played with for a few minutes was friendly though, probably because I was feeding her pizza crust.
