I don't think I've heard of that band before but I like their sound - the instrumental part more than the singing and lyrics. If they played that on my car radio I wouldn't switch to a different station lol.

Yeah, I'm into them for the drums most. The singing isn't that great.

I like that one! They had me dancing in front of my computer. I was surprised that they sang in English, and when I saw the title of the song I thought it was going to be a cover of this one. But it was nice when it turned out to be something livelier:

I can't say that I enjoyed that one. :)

Sometimes I listen to Germans singing in German:

Intergalactic Lovers is more melodic and conventional than the other stuff we've been listening to, but I like melodic and conventional not just the crazy stuff. It was nice.

Rammstein is rarely heard on the radio here for obvious reasons - it's mostly in German, and one song that's partly in English is too naughty for most radio stations. I won't even print the title here, but here's a link for anyone who wants to check out a great song that's very dirty and has some hilarious lyrics (the funniest lines are in German so a translation is needed). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBZxth7SMmM

The other song I know that's partly in English is about so-called cultural imperialism, which I think is a nonsensical concept - people who adopt stuff from our culture do it because they like it. The song would make some people here angry since it's basically anti-American. I think it's funny though. The guy complains about singing in English, and I think "Dude! Did somebody point a gun at your head to force you to do it? You were already rich and famous before you recorded this song, and you're obviously doing it because you want to get richer". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rr8ljRgcJNM

So anyway, getting back on topic, my knowledge of their work is limited to what's on their greatest hits album, and "buck dich" isn't on it. So I looked it up, and it's a good hard-driving song. This is a band that tends to go for shock value, but the lyrics and the stage act that go with this song are kind of extreme even for them.

There are millions like me lol. But I don't know how many who like this stuff also have fun with things like Vivaldi and Beethoven.

Now for something truly weird. I'm only aware of this one because somebody posted it on Facebook, but it's hard to stop staring at it. The first time I saw it I spent most of the song trying to figure out the gender of the singer, who seems more male at first but then suddenly leaves you wondering. Not sure what language this is, but it's probably Russian.
