I don't see a way to revoke them, but I have to admit that I didn't look very hard. Looks like once they've been chirped they stay chirped lol.

Any updates regarding happy chirps? When I'm on my cell phone, my hands shake and I click things I don't want to.

I don't think someone can be unchirped. I gave you a happy chirp just now to see what I could do afterward, and I don't see an opportunity to do anything.
