You can find out by viewing your profile. Don't go to the User Control Panel because you won't find it there (or at least I can't find it there lol). But if you go to one of your own posts and click on the little profile icon in the lower left corner, it will take you to a profile screen that includes statistics on how many chirps you've given and gotten.

Underneath each number is a View/Close List command. Click on that and it opens up a list showing the person's name with an arrow pointing to the words "for post". If you click on the person's name it takes you to their profile, but if you click on "for post" it takes you to the post that they chirped at.
