IRNs count as small birds and Alexandrines are similar so they count too.

I don't see a neck ring - is it a hen or a juvenile? It's a gorgeous bird either way!

It's so much fun to talk about other species besides cockatiels. I love the tiels obviously, and I've learned a lot from forums focused on them. But I feel like it's time for me to expand the conversation to other species too.

She is a lady, 16 year old, was staying with me waiting for a forever home and i looks like she found it!
I personally prefer the males, with those funny little black ties around their neck :D

Here's my 2nd entry its not a cockatiel but a Parrotlet, Scooby doo,
he is 5 years old....

It's going to be a tough competition, all the pictures are so good. I love parrotlets, the little monsters. The double heart wings picture with the cockatiel is hilarious!

They are all three beautiful pictures, the second one is amazing, but Zippi heartwinging won my heart... He IS Zippi, right?

Beaky likes dramatic lighting lol. BTW are the pictures displaying at a good width for everyone? I have a wide screen so it fits well for me, but if other people are having spillover I can set the forum to make the pictures smaller.
