It's an acrylic playstand by kings cages. It's quite handy, actually. Easy to clean, and light enough to carry with tray and all. Lucy likes it especially, so it makes things easier for my when I'm trying to do work while they're outside of the cage. Alex just used it as a way to fly to my head since he managed to pull the primaries out of his right wing, but he'll play on it too from time to time.
