It's getting harder to pick a theme but I tried to think of something that hasn't been used lately. Since Halloween is this month I came up with "Spooky". Your bird looking scary or surprised, or doing something that more or less fits a Halloween theme.

As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't matter if you DID use it last month. It seems to me that photos should be ineligible for at least a year after they actually win a contest, but other than that everything is fair game.
