http://www.mirror-pole.com/collpage/pf_loveb/pfl_1.htmThe feral lovebirds are actually sort of a threat to native birds, since the saguaro cactus is the biggest "tree" at the lower elevations and those nest holes (excavated by woodpeckers) are very important. But saguaros aren't actually native to the Phoenix part of Arizona so those specimens must have been planted.
