I thought so at first too, but I looked at some caique pictures and it seems like they normally have a pretty long beak. This one is a little bit extra long, but the tip is flaking and will probably break off soon, leaving the beak a little shorter and basically normal. It's part of the normal "wearing down the beak" process.
Some species naturally have a longer beak than others, and the corella cockatoo in particular can have a very long beak. I've heard complaints from corella owners because their vet trimmed the bird's beak thinking it was too long when actually it was normal. Not all of them have a beak as long as this guy, but this isn't unusual:
