Do parrots smile I know they cant smile like us but do they smile in a different function (A different way) I notice when my birds are happy I can easily notice it in Tiko she opens her beak a little and it looks like a smile.
Also I have another question why do parrots lick you.

I added the bcc for Stephanie. I just added this one for you. There's a line of products on the market (keychains and stuff like that) that uses this style of parrot images. They don't seem to have a page where they show all of them together so it's a matter of luck when I come across one, but I've managed to find several species.

:greyart:

I found one of a black-headed caique and photoshopped it into a white-bellied caique for Mel.

:caiquebhart: :caiquewbart:

I even found a white-headed pionus for Jessi in a different style. They're not common so I was surprised to find it.

:pionus-wh:

Excellent. Did you put in a POW for you yet?

Yes, I do believe they smile and I know exactly what you're talking about. When Jaid knows he's being a pest, he gets all hot and happy. I love when they smile. It's super cute.

Dudley laughs when he thinks something is funny. Usually when one of the humans in the house says something stupid, or have trouble figuring something out.

I don't think he's much of a smiler, but I can definitely tell when he's happy. Sometimes, it looks like he's smiling in his pictures. I think he just likes to look good for the camera. I'll try and get a clear pic of him, some day.
