What Kind Of Bird Is This?

I was just wondering what type of bird this could be, but I couldn't figure it out.

I had no idea how the english name was, but it's a 'Hop' in dutch so through the wiki I found the latin name and then went to the english wiki to come up with this: Hoopoe

It looks like a cockatoo with an almost hummingbird-like beak.
