Did they say whether you should keep him warm? Most of the time with sick/injured birds it's a good idea to provide supplemental heat, but some of the rules are different with head injuries so I don't know if you should. It's definitely good that he's eating (and keeping it down I assume). If you have any leftover baby formula this would be a good time to offer it to him, since it's high in nutrients and easy to digest.
Did they say what they expect for his long-term recovery?

Yes. They said I should keep him warm. The avian vet doesn't come on Sunday's, so just a regular vet came. He wasn't that helpful. I'm going to feed him some baby formula now. He is still very tired and I'm worried for him. They didn't diagnose him. That's the avian vets job. I just want my Rio well. What can I do to give him more energy?

Try an electrolyte solution. He must be dehydrated from barfing everything up. Water with a pinch of salt and a little bit of sugar should do fine.

Someone misplaced my chick food and I can't find it. I thought I had it. I'm going to get some electrolytes in his water.

If you can soak some pellets, that should suffice too. That what I did for my boys. Not too much. Electrolytes first. Start with a small about of pellet mash. Liquids are more important right now.

Try not to let him eat or drink too much at a time. Just try to give him small portions, and give him time for it to settle in his stomach, before giving him more. That way, you can possibly prevent the vomitting.

I think you should also keep him as still as possible because movement can make vomiting worse.
