I thought you guys would like to see some photos from one of my walks with the bird. We go out almost every day providing the weather isn't too bad. A bit of rain and wind will never stop us though!
I DETEST this photo of me. I was smiling but my eyes were super focused on the bird so are all scrunched up and my hair is being held up by my glasses and my face is red because it was cold and windy and BLERGH! The bird looks fantastic though so I'll share anyway
He decided to land on a very thin hedge... the other day he landed on a single nettle and slowly sloped to the floor
He was very soggy at the end as it was raining over night and he was brushing against the grasses
Enjoy

A few more photos taken by my fiances friend!
For taking the photos I let him have a go himself. He got some pretty cool photos, this is my favourite

I really can't win with image hosting. Every since photobucket has gone absolutely rubbish I haven't been able to upload photos to forums properly and I'm literally trying everything. Are the photos as massive to you guys as they are to me? It doesn't give me any options to resize other than thumbnails and they are normal sized on imgur. I am getting so frustrated with it

Nope, they're massive alright. Imgur does that for some reason.
Have you tried tinypic? It's not the best out there but it's what I used before using photobucket. Granted, it's a bit difficult for me to upload to photobucket from my iPad anymore because I apparently have too many pictures in my camera roll for them to load and for me to see what I'm uploading. Not sure if it works in the uk but I think it's worth a try. http://tinypic.com

I've tried using imgur on another forum and it comes up perfectly fine so I have no idea why it's done that here. I was using tinypic but I hate not being able to do multiple uploads

I've got the board set to resize large photos. It works with most sources but fails in some cases, and I can't figure out why. I did find a thread on how a person posting an imgur photo can make it not be too huge: https://thomas.vanhoutte.be/miniblog/im ... ail-trick/
I went into your thread and added an "L" to the photo addresses as the link tells you to, to see if it would work. And it did!
Great photos, now that I can see them!

Thank you!
I clicked on the link and it says that it makes the photo a large thumbnail, I have that option on imgur but I was worried that a large thumbnail would be tiny. Let me just do a quick test using that option...
