The September 2016 theme was Freestyle, and the winner was Carolyn (tielfan) with Loch Ness Dweezil.

The October 2016 theme was Spooky, and the winner was Carolyn (tielfan) and the horseman with a head.

The November 2016 theme was Fantasy Birds, and the winner was Carolyn (tielfan) with Frodo and Frodo admiring the Precioussss.

The December 2016 theme was Freestyle (with holiday themes encouraged). The winner was Carolyn (tielfan) with Vlad and a rare winter snow in Tucson.

The January 2017 theme was Freestyle, but it turned into potoo madness with a few cassowaries thrown in. But the potoos (and B) won in the end.

The February 2017 theme was Love, and the winner was Bluekeet (Stephanie) with an interspecies romantic dilemma.
