I find my birds do this the most when I try and get a camera/phone out to film them doing it. As soon as that's out they just freeze up and stare. All the cute behaviours have stopped and now I look like I'm harassing them haha!

While this is annoying when you're trying to get a video of them being cute, I found that it's also a useful way to get them to stop doing something sometimes. Lucy was trying to get into everything while I was eating breakfast one morning and as soon as I started recording, she stopped what she was doing and was on her best behavior.

The only time she continued to do something when I started recording her was when the video was being uploaded directly to Facebook, in which the microphone had been disabled. What exactly was she doing you might ask? Screaming constantly for reasons unknown (she screamed that entire morning, both in and out of the cage). So instead I ended up uploading a soundless video of her sitting on my knee. You could tell she was screaming but watching it though, what with body movements and all.

Well of course! Masterminds that are bent on causing destruction have to be smart enough to do so after all.

I'll add them to my list of animals to distrust!

1) Chickens: They used to be Dino's !!

2) Dolphins: I heard they rape people...

3) Octopusses: Have you seen what they can do and how smart they are?

4) Rats: Big brother is watching you I say.

5) Birds in general: They're the spies I tell you!!
