Blaze was my betta fish he was a light pink with dark reddish pink with transparent tip fins. He was my best friend till one day he was bloated.He stayed sick as ever like that for 2 months he was in a bowl then moved into a 10 gal. tank he lasted a few weeks then the night before he died he got Dropsy the deadliest illness with NO cure next day he laid at the bottom of the tank lifeless.I was REAL ashamed of myself my dearest Blaze I even drew 2 pictures of him thinking he was gonna live. It was 2 months back and still I'm crying as I type. I don't think he ever gonna forgive me

I'm sorry that you lost him. You loved him very very much, so even though he is gone he is not forgotten.

Some people don't understand what it's like to love a pet. These people are missing out on a wonderful experience.

True, they're missing out so much fun! It was fun having him actualy having a pet is fun! releases stress mostly and well makes you feel responsible! Plus if you take care of it correctly it can become your BFF and you're help saving it well my fish died because it was my 1st pet experience and it was a great experience except when he died.I want more pets like kitties!!!!! and birds I'll keep them in separate rooms bird ONLY 1 room( for safety) cats can't go to small pets room!

It's really hard when a pet dies, but we get pets anyway because of the love and joy they bring to us while they're alive. We know we'll have to pay for it someday with grief, but it's worth it.

i know how you feel few yrs ago i lost the cat ive had half my life. so i know how you feel.
fish, cat, bird ect.... it all hurts just as much *hugs*

Thanks yeah it's worth it I wonder how I'll be like because I'm thinking of having a betta fish, a robo dwarf hamster, 2 or 3 cats, and maybe a budgie
( I'll keep the small animals in a separate room where cats can't go in)

I love pets but I just feel really ashamed of myself when they die (and of course sad)

Oh well at least I still have a pet now which is my 2nd pet.
