was just curious cause i want a pet, and well right now im thinking a fish tank. but my friends i live with are worried about leaking (since we live on 2nd floor of the house) and i was trying to find how likely it is so i could convince them.

If you joined a fish forum they could tell you, and also give you helpful hints on choosing fish and taking care of them.

Sorry, I don't. I had a guppy several decades ago and that's the extent of my fish experience.

It depends on the fish and where it is placed if stable or not.Don't worry though a reccomended fish for begginers are goldfish, betta fish, or guppies.But the one I have experience with is the betta fish.

Temperature : 75F-82F
Decor: contains NO METAL, No pointy edges or so
Tank size: the least is a gallon but 5 gallon and up are better size.
