On this day in Wales there are big Ystddfordd's (concerts in Welsh...singing poems and readings)
Some people dress in the National costume others don't... its a day Welsh people give thanks for their patron St David.
Many wear a daffodil or leek the Welsh emblem..
Its a fun day for children, and a lot of adults..

No known Welsh ancestry here except for an alleged descent from the Tudors which I have doubts about. In fact the only thing I know about Wales is a naughty limerick - would that count as an Ystddfordd reading?

There was a young pair from Aberystwyth
Who united the organs they kissed with.
