They are so big! I love the black feet, it's something you don't see a lot nowadays.

they seem to grow into their feet somehow... LOL

They DO grow into their feet, just like a puppy. When they first hatch out the feet are tiny and undersized, but after that they seem to grow a lot faster than the rest of the body, and in the end the body has to catch up to the feet.

The two oldest babies came our of the nest and are perching! They are also trying to eat!!

The youngest baby was in the nest itself, after a few seconds Bio came in and fed him and left. Then, Marshmallow came and plucked the head. I got so frustrated that I put the youngest baby in the cage and took down the nest.

After 30 mins. I go outside to check the mail and guess what I found...DUMMY EGGS!! I ordered 4 but I got five! I put 4 in and it instantly tricked Marshmallow and Bio.

The whole Saturday, Marshmallow was trying to mate with Bio! I think I see an egg bum

Marshmallow was in the middle of a mate a couple of times today. There was a time today where Marshmallow was doing the hen mating stance for literally 1 minute, Bio ignored her and ate food instead to feed the chicks, I'm so proud of him!

I also didn't have to feed the chicks once today it looks like they are doing a much better job.

That is very good news. No more sex until their clutch has grown.

Chick#3 isn't of any of Thursdays photos because he wasn't looking good because of plucking issues...
