I really don't mind. I'll go whatever everyone goes with

I would go with rolling the dice, sure it's not as fun as doing a final vote but it's quicker so that we can go ahead with April :)

You could just post it on the forum. It's OK if the theme has been used before - lots of themes are worth repeating, and we'll get to see a new batch of pictures for it.
