Yes, she went to Avian Avenue but was busy with life and kind of burned out on bird forums, so she wasn't planning to spend a lot of time there. Anyone who wants to ask for medical advice can PM her at AA.

She was Roo's owner, a rescue tiel. She also had an older male, named Sunny I think, and toward the end she got another rescue tiel that I think was named Odette or something like that.
