It looks like he's using metal brackets to hold a lot of the pieces together. Maybe he's doing it with all of them, I can't actually tell. This will make it easy to remove a piece if you need to repair or replace it. Is the wire going to go on the outside or the inside of the frame?
It looks like the floor is raised up off the ground. Did you put it on wheels or is there something else underneath it?

Thank you both! He is using brackets to put all the pieces together. The the wood is actually inside the foundation. He make a small cut on the size of the wood and hit it with a hammer. The wood fit in exactly. I do to know how to bottom is getting lifted. He is continuing tomorrow.

Wow! So far it looks like some rich cockatiel's house! Very fancy.
Baruch, just a quick question. Are you going to get other birds as well? You know like finches or budgies? I'm on a finch kick at the moment.
