I am glad that you're starting to get better!
Did you try to keep a handful of nuts always in your pocket? All nuts are super fatty but nutritious, and even when you don't feel like eating a proper meal you pop some nuts in your mouth. Chew them or just break them in small pieces and swallow them.
I understand that this won't solve the problem at its root but it might help you not to lose more weight, which is important right now... and you can share them with the birdies!
