I might call the whiteface pearl, Maple. That's my favorite name for pearls. I have always wanted a bird named Maple. I don't know what I'm going to name the whiteface cinnamon pied. I have a feeling he is actually a male. I think Maple is tame. She doesn't freak out when I go next to her. She actually are food when I mixed it with my finger. I also touched her.

I don't know, something in me is saying that they are both males. The pearl has a patch of normal grey color. I brought Rio next to her (not long enough for him to breath the same air they are) and he whistled to them. It was sweet. The birds don't seem sick at all. The whiteface pied is actually very chirpy and energetic, that's what makes me think he's a male. I wish I knew.

Personally, I think the pied looks more like Maple, because it's a cinnamon and maple trees and syrup are also brown... just rambling my thoughts.

For some reason, the pearl looks like a Rainey to me. I've always kind of liked that name. She reminds me so much of Astrid. I adore her dark, ashy beak.

Your actually right. The cinnamon looks more like a maple than the pearled. Im going to sex the cinnamon tomorrow. I heard the wings will show the sex. The tail will not with pieds. Oh no. I just figured out they are 5 months old That means she started to lose her pearls. NOO. I wanted 2 girls. I think I have 2 boys. What do I do? The lady said they were both girls but I think it's the opposite. The cinnamon has this whistle chirp and is super hyper and the other one has a patch of solid color. I'm upset.
