The forum has a max count of 3 photos per person. That message will come if any exceeds that limit.

Try putting fewer pics in the post. The photo function is quirky - sometimes it'll let you post a lot in a single post and sometimes it won't.

I tried 1 after still got it but will try again later

Are you posting a message with the picture? Sometimes the server objects to an innocent word for no identifiable reason, and if you change the wording of the message it might let you post. This is unpredictable and I'm not sure how to fix it.
